Key Updates:

  • Faster Failure Identification: Payment failure status updates more quickly, minimizing waiting times.
  • Improved Withdrawal Process: Users can now withdraw returned payments directly from the Superannuation screen, streamlining corrections.
  • Better Visibility: The new View Details button offers clearer tracking of returned contributions, helping users understand the issue.
  • Streamlined Reprocessing: Failed batches automatically reappear in the Add Super Payment screen, making it easier to resubmit payments without additional manual steps.
