MYOB Business pricing changes

At MYOB, we are working hard to continuously develop products that help make business life easier and drive success for your practice and clients.  

In the last 18 months, we’ve delivered over 360 improvements, including key features such as recurring transactions, enhanced employee self-onboarding, and improvements to invoicing and reporting. For the full list of enhancements, please see the MYOB Business release notes

As we continue to invest in your clients’ experience, the new subscription prices below will be effective from 1 September 2022: 

  • MYOB Business Lite will increase to $28 per month 
  • MYOB Business Pro will increase to $53 per month 
  • MYOB Business AccountRight Basics will increase to $60 per month 
  • MYOB Business AccountRight Standard will increase to $74 per month 
  • MYOB Business AccountRight Plus will increase to $130 per month 

The above are recommended retail prices (RRP). Any current and valid offers or partner discounts will continue to be applied to the RRP. Pricing for any additional services your clients have as part of your subscription such as bank feeds, payroll or financial services remain unchanged.  

If you subscribe to MYOB software on behalf of your clients and manage the billing relationship with us, the amount on your monthly invoice will change. You may choose to adjust the amount you bill your client accordingly. 

For clients who pay their own subscription, we will be notifying them of the price changes from early August 2022. Please view a copy of the client communication and landing page for your information. 


MYOB Essentials to MYOB Business update 

Earlier this year, we let you know we would be moving existing MYOB Essentials customers to MYOB Business to align with the new product naming and pricing structure. We are progressing well with MYOB Essentials Connected Ledger and once complete, expect to start moving all other MYOB Essentials files from September when any pricing changes will take effect. 

The good news is that the majority of existing MYOB Essentials customers will benefit from more flexible pricing, either by directly saving on their base subscription cost or breaking even while getting access to more functionality.
